Devonshire Resources completed a successful Initial Public Offering in January 2005(under it's original name of Ripple Lake Diamonds) following a highly successful Phase One exploration program at both properties. Based on the encouraging Phase One results, the Company has expanded the claim areas at both properties. The Company has now commenced its summer 2005 exploration program. Current exploration activities include additional detailed sampling and aeromagnetic surveys to determine drill targets at both properties. The company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V; DSH).
